Business Development Executive - Commission Based

About the role

We are looking for a self‑motivated Business Development Executive to drive growth for Noxvera Tech’s software and technology services. This commission‑based, fully remote position focuses on building a pipeline of prospective clients and matching them with web, mobile, AI and automation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Research target markets, industries and potential business clients to identify growth opportunities.
• Generate and qualify leads through outreach, networking, referrals and digital prospecting.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable web, mobile, AI, automation and software solutions.
• Prepare proposals, coordinate discussions and support negotiations throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, opportunities, follow‑ups and outcomes in a CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure clear communication of client needs.

Required profile

• Proven ability to generate leads, qualify prospects and manage a business development pipeline.
• Strong consultative selling mindset with the capacity to explain technology benefits in clear business language.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, organized and target‑focused, comfortable working remotely with limited supervision.
