Business Development Executive – Community Lead Generation

About the role

Escalo AI is seeking a Business Development Executive who specializes in generating qualified leads through online communities. The role focuses on authentic engagement within platforms such as Reddit, Discord, Quora, and various social media groups to uncover buying intent and create a high‑quality sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and participate in niche discussions on Reddit, Quora, Discord, LinkedIn Groups, Facebook Groups, Craigslist, and other relevant communities.
• Engage users naturally, build trust, and convert conversations into qualified sales opportunities.
• Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to locate and target decision‑makers.
• Conduct outbound outreach, qualify leads, and hand them over to the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and monitor lead‑generation performance.
• Continuously test and refine community engagement strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in community‑driven lead generation or business development.
• Deep understanding of internet culture and online community dynamics.
• Ability to work independently, meet performance targets, and operate remotely.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Based in Lahore, Islamabad or Rawalpindi.

What we offer

• Base salary of PKR 50,000 – 60,000 per month.
• Commission structure based on performance.
