Business Development Executive – Digital Marketing Services

About the role

Virtual Digital Solutions is looking for a results‑driven Business Development Executive to sell its end‑to‑end digital marketing services across Pakistan. The role is on‑site in Lahore, full‑time, and focuses on turning leads into projects while nurturing client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through networking, research, outbound outreach and lead follow‑up.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client objectives, budgets, timelines and KPIs.
• Prepare tailored proposals, scopes of work and pricing based on client needs and internal resource estimates.
• Collaborate with account managers, creatives and media teams to ensure solutions are feasible and margin‑positive.
• Manage the sales pipeline and CRM records, ensuring timely follow‑ups, accurate forecasting and deal closure.
• Negotiate commercial terms with clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling digital marketing services such as social media, PPC, SEO, content, email or web development.
• Strong prospecting skills including cold outreach, LinkedIn research and pipeline management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for proposals, presentations and client negotiations.
• Ability to prepare commercial proposals and perform basic pricing, margin and ROI estimations.
• Analytical mindset to read campaign performance reports and translate metrics into client‑facing recommendations.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple leads, timely follow‑ups and handovers to delivery teams.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Pipedrive or Zoho.
