Business Development Executive

About the role

The Business Development Executive will manage a portfolio of client accounts, driving new opportunities across the bank's asset product suite. You will work closely with employee banking companies to cross‑sell credit cards, mortgages, personal loans and easy credit solutions while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell asset products such as credit cards, mortgages, personal loans, and easy credit.
• Target employee banking companies for cross‑selling initiatives.
• Leverage CEMS to optimise business opportunities and pipeline.
• Achieve monthly sales budgets, NSR targets and unit goals as defined by grade.
• Drive straight‑through processing to improve turnaround time and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain awareness of all relevant policies, AML regulations and fair‑treatment standards.
• Ensure compliance with group policies, local laws and bank controls.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
