Business Development Executive

About the role

Vision Infinity is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to join its remote team. You will be responsible for expanding the company’s client base, driving lead generation, and shaping tailored technology solutions for prospective customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking performance metrics and providing market feedback.
• Conduct outreach through social channels and craft solution proposals that match client needs.
• Manage and grow key accounts, collaborating with delivery and technical teams to prepare proposals and support contract negotiations.
• Represent Vision Infinity at industry events and in client meetings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in new‑business development and lead generation, including prospecting, qualification and pipeline management.
• Strong business and account‑management capabilities with a track record of nurturing long‑term client relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, confident in client presentations.
• Experience in IT services, staff augmentation, automation or technology consulting is highly beneficial.
• Comfortable working remotely in a fast‑paced, self‑managed environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
