Business Development Executive

About the role

As a Business Development Executive at Markaz.pk, you will be the primary point of contact for real‑estate agencies, introducing them to our online platform and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. You will combine face‑to‑face meetings with strategic sales techniques to grow our partner network.

Key responsibilities

• Visit real‑estate agencies to identify partnership opportunities and gather client requirements.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations of the Markaz.pk portal.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships through regular follow‑ups.
• Prepare and present persuasive sales pitches and company presentations.
• Handle objections, propose solutions, and close sales deals.
• Schedule and conduct prospect meetings with all necessary materials prepared.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, meetings, and feedback in the CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets within set timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in real‑estate or technology.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable with face‑to‑face interactions.
• Excellent time‑management, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Advanced knowledge of the MS Office Suite.
