Business Development Executive

About the role

The Business Development Executive will work full‑time on‑site in Karachi, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting market research and creating outreach plans for key industry segments.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads through various channels and conduct client meetings, presentations and follow‑ups.
• Prepare quotations and proposals in coordination with technical and operations teams.
• Maintain and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high service levels.
• Visit factories and industrial facilities regularly to promote company services.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to achieve business development targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of Business Development experience, preferably in environmental services, laboratory testing, calibration or industrial compliance.
• Experience or interest in sectors such as textile, leather, footwear, pharmaceutical or food.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Environmental Sciences or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Strong skills in spreadsheets (e.g., Excel).
• Competence in presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint).
• Ability to produce business reports and write proposals.
