Business Development Executive

About the role

The Olive Media, a sole-proprietor marketing and advertising business based in Karachi, Pakistan, is looking for a motivated fresh graduate to join its team as a Business Development Executive. The role sits within the company's marketing and advertising operations and focuses on building sustainable business relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Research target industries and identify prospective clients and business opportunities.
• Initiate and maintain professional relationships with prospects and existing clients.
• Understand client objectives and present marketing and advertising service proposals.
• Manage data entry and keep accurate records.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and meeting materials, and follow up on opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Monitor market activity and share useful feedback to support service and growth planning.
• Support business development, sales and follow-up activities, and prepare basic reports and client information.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate with a 4-year bachelor's degree; good CGPA preferred.
• Relevant internship, freelance, sales, marketing or business development experience is a plus.
• Good communication skills, quick learner, responsible, honest, disciplined and confident.
