Business Development Executive (Lead Generation & Cold Calling)

About the role

A proactive, target-driven Business Development Executive is sought with hands-on experience in lead generation, data scraping, campaign execution and cold calling. The role involves identifying prospects, starting conversations and turning leads into business opportunities. It is a full-time evening shift position based in Gulberg, Lahore.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through online research and prospecting.
• Perform data scraping and build targeted prospect lists.
• Run email and outreach campaigns to engage potential clients.
• Make cold calls and communicate with prospects professionally.
• Follow up with leads and keep an organized sales pipeline.
• Identify new business opportunities and support revenue growth.
• Meet and exceed monthly lead generation and sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of prospect and campaign activities.

Required profile

• 2-3 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation or Sales.
• Hands-on experience with lead generation and data scraping tools.
• Experience executing outreach or marketing campaigns.
• Target-oriented and proactive approach; good research, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working in an evening shift.
