Business Development Executive – Logistics (Rawalpindi)

About the role

Flink Freight Logistics is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition and grow existing relationships within the logistics and freight forwarding sector. This full‑time, office‑based position is based in Rawalpindi and offers the chance to work with a dynamic team focused on delivering reliable air, ocean, and over‑the‑road transportation services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the logistics market.
• Generate leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into long‑term clients.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular follow‑ups and meetings.
• Coordinate with Operations and Dispatch teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
• Maintain accurate customer records and CRM data.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
