Business Development Executive / Marketing Manager – Logistics

About the role

United Transport Service (UTS) is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive or Marketing Manager to drive growth in the heavy transport and logistics sector from its Islamabad office. The role focuses on generating new business, building long‑term corporate relationships, and supporting seamless service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities in heavy transport, trucking and logistics.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
• Research potential customers, arrange meetings and present proposals.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts and close sales.
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service execution.
• Conduct market research to uncover emerging opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in logistics, trucking or heavy‑transport sales/business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Proven track record of generating new business and meeting sales targets.
• Existing network in logistics, industrial, manufacturing or construction sectors is an advantage.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently.
