Business Development Executive – Medical Billing (Night Shift)

About the role

We are expanding our Lahore office and are looking for three Business Development Executives to drive growth in the medical billing sector. The role focuses on acquiring new US‑based healthcare clients and expanding our revenue‑cycle‑management services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients in the US healthcare market.
• Generate qualified leads and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to contract signing.
• Present our medical‑billing solutions and negotiate terms to close new business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition targets while working independently.
• Collaborate with internal operations and compliance teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of business development experience within the medical‑billing industry.
• Strong understanding of US healthcare regulations and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes.
• Proven record of lead generation and successful deal closure.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated and able to meet performance targets in a night‑shift environment.
