Business Development Executive - Medical Billing (USA)

About the role

An experienced Business Development Executive is needed for a medical billing position based in Wapda Town Phase 1, Lahore. The role suits professionals with a background in U.S. healthcare sales and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), who can generate leads, close deals and acquire U.S.-based healthcare providers for medical billing services. The schedule is Monday to Friday, night shift from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities in the U.S. medical billing market
• Identify and acquire healthcare providers, clinics, physician groups and medical practices
• Sell end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services
• Conduct cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting and virtual sales meetings
• Prepare proposals, pricing models and service agreements
• Negotiate contracts and close new client deals
• Maintain and update CRM, sales pipeline and performance reports
• Coordinate with billing and operations teams for smooth onboarding

Required profile

• 1-2 years of experience in Medical Billing Business Development (U.S. market)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience in healthcare BPO or a medical billing company preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills; able to manage the full sales cycle independently

Required skills

• HIPAA compliance, claims management and denial management
