Business Development Executive - Night Shift

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to work the night shift and drive new revenue opportunities. You will engage prospective clients, present tailored proposals and convert qualified leads into long‑term partnerships while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through calls, emails and virtual meetings.
• Generate, present and follow up on business proposals for potential clients.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Convert qualified leads into sustainable business opportunities.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets, KPIs and activity goals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Develop and nurture professional relationships with new and existing clients.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and sales processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
