Business Development Executive – Prospecting

About the role

AI Square Ltd. is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive lead generation and outreach for the U.S. market. This non‑sales role focuses on researching prospects, initiating professional communication, and qualifying opportunities before handing them to internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential prospects and business opportunities within the U.S. market.
• Conduct online market research to find relevant companies, professionals, and decision‑makers.
• Build and maintain accurate prospect and lead databases.
• Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and other business channels.
• Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria and coordinate meetings with internal teams.
• Maintain records of outreach, responses, follow‑ups, and prospect status.
• Prepare reports on lead generation and outreach activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1+ year of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong skills are welcome.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Strong understanding of the U.S. market; healthcare experience a plus.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and organized.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• CRM knowledge.
