Sales Development Specialist – Onsite

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and target‑oriented Sales Development Specialist to join our Business Development team in Karachi. The role focuses on outbound cold calling, lead generation, and converting prospects into business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers and introduce company products/services professionally.
• Identify potential customers, generate qualified leads, and understand their requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow‑ups, and customer interactions.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead‑generation targets.
• Handle customer questions and objections professionally and coordinate with relevant teams for follow‑up.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or graduate qualification; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong English proficiency.
• Confident, persuasive personality with the ability to handle rejection and objections.
• Target‑oriented, motivated to achieve results and able to work the 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM shift.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
