Business Development Executive – Remote

About the role
We are a fast‑growing digital agency seeking a results‑driven Business Development Executive to generate real client engagements. This remote position focuses on turning conversations into contracts and helping scale our services.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach and lead generation campaigns.
- Design and execute cold email sequences that generate replies.
- Submit daily proposals on Upwork and Fiverr to win new projects.
- Convert prospects into long‑term clients and nurture relationships.
- Support the agency’s growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Required profile
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Proven experience with Upwork and Fiverr bidding processes.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and cold‑email techniques.
- Confidence in B2B sales and client acquisition.
- Results‑oriented mindset focused on outcomes rather than tasks.
