Business Development Executive (Remote)

About the role

Omnivate Solutions helps small and mid-sized businesses grow through BPO and IT support services, handling back-office operations such as IT tasks, administrative support and customer service. It is hiring a full-time remote Business Development Executive to identify and target new business opportunities, generate leads, nurture client relationships and maintain ongoing account management while working with internal teams to build customised solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target new business opportunities and generate leads
• Nurture client relationships and maintain ongoing account management
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised solutions for clients

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales or client acquisition, preferably in staffing, SaaS or professional services
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications or a related field; Master's preferred
• Previous experience in the BPO or IT support industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Required skills

• Outbound and inbound calling with strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Basic understanding of CRM systems, ticketing tools and customer service etiquette
• Problem-solving, attention to detail, organisation and calmness under pressure
