Business Development Intern (Paid)

About the role

AmpherSoft, a software development company, is hiring a paid Business Development Intern in Johar Town, Lahore. This full-time internship gives hands-on experience in identifying potential clients, generating business opportunities, building client relationships and closing projects, working closely with the business development team.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach and other channels.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Assist with prospect communication, follow-ups and relationship building.
• Maintain organized lead databases and track outreach activities.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate with the team on potential projects.
• Support business development strategies and growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates and university students are encouraged to apply.
• Interest in sales, marketing and business development.
• Good research and analytical abilities.
• Confidence in communicating with potential clients.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Familiarity with software development or IT services is an advantage.

Required skills
