Business Development Lead - Energy & Industrial Sector

About the role

H&S LOGIQ, a procurement and material supply firm based in Lahore with an international client and supplier network, is looking for a Business Development Lead to grow its business in the energy and industrial sectors. The role expands the customer base, secures OEM and distribution partnerships and converts leads. It is fully office-based in DHA, Lahore, and does not involve team management.

Key responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers, emerging projects and new opportunities in the energy and industrial sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, manufacturers, OEMs, distributors and international suppliers.
• Pursue dealership and distribution agreements through negotiation.
• Manage client registration and prepare prequalification submissions for RFQs and bidding.
• Prepare and deliver business presentations at exhibitions, seminars and client meetings.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors and internal teams (sales, procurement, technical) to tailor offers.
• Maintain an opportunity pipeline, follow up leads and report progress against targets.
• Use CRM tools or structured trackers to organise contacts and opportunity stages.
• Negotiate agreements and travel locally and internationally to meet clients and attend industry events.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Development, Marketing or a related field.
• At least five years of experience specifically in the oil and gas sector.
• Strong customer acquisition skills and knowledge of international trade.
• Track record of handling registrations, presentations and negotiations.
• Effective English communication and willingness to travel locally and internationally.
