Business Development Lead

About the role

Beyond Technologies is seeking a motivated and results‑driven Business Development Lead to drive B2B sales through strategic outreach, lead generation, and client engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate qualified B2B leads via LinkedIn, email campaigns and other channels.
• Research target markets, industries, companies and key decision‑makers.
• Build and maintain accurate prospect databases and lead lists.
• Execute personalized LinkedIn outreach and cold email campaigns.
• Qualify prospects, schedule meetings and support the sales pipeline.
• Track outreach performance and maintain records in a CRM.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation or business development.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn prospecting and cold email marketing.

Required skills

• LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools.
• Apollo or comparable lead generation platforms.
• CRM platforms for lead tracking.
• Email automation tools for campaign management.
