Business Development Manager (B2B & B2C)

About the role

Globe Call Center is looking for proactive B2B and B2C business development professionals to join its growing international sales team. You will drive business growth by finding new opportunities, building relationships with corporate clients in international markets and closing sales deals. The position is permanent, full-time and onsite in Islamabad, and requires availability on the night shift.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and pitch products and services to potential corporate clients across international markets.
• Build, maintain and nurture long-term relationships with key business decision-makers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and negotiate via phone, email and calls.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Research international market trends and competitor activity to find sales leads.
• Work with the internal team to refine sales strategies and pitch materials.

Required profile

• 6 months to 2 years of proven B2B sales experience.
• Prior experience dealing with and closing deals in international markets.
• Exceptional verbal and written English.
• Comfortable working the night shift.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Required skills

• Strong negotiation, persuasion and closing skills.
• Product demonstration and sales presentation.
