Business Development Manager – B2B Sales

About the role

SwiftNine is seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager to actively generate qualified opportunities, build strong client relationships, and convert prospects into revenue. This is a proactive sales role that requires identifying and engaging decision‑makers across local and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
• Generate leads through cold email, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, networking, referrals, and partnerships.
• Build and maintain targeted prospect lists of founders, executives, and key decision‑makers.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, budgets, and decision processes.
• Present SwiftNine’s services, prepare customized proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
• Handle objections, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and close profitable deals.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM systems and provide weekly/monthly forecasts.
• Develop long‑term relationships with clients, partners, agencies, and referral sources.
• Identify upselling, cross‑selling, and account expansion opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or high‑ticket service sales.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads independently and manage the full sales cycle.
• Strong communication skills with founders, CEOs, and senior decision‑makers.
• Excellent negotiation, objection‑handling, and closing abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet ambitious targets.
