Business Development Manager – Dyed Division

About the role

Rubatex Global is seeking a Business Development Manager for its dyed division, based on-site in Lahore. The role focuses on expanding the dyed textile client base, identifying new opportunities, and nurturing existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for dyed fabrics.
• Negotiate contracts and coordinate order fulfillment with internal teams.
• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present findings.
• Represent Rubatex Global at client meetings and industry events.

Required profile

• Strong business development and sales expertise, including lead generation and negotiation.
• Knowledge of textile industry processes, especially dyed fabrics and sourcing.
• Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and strategic planning.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client and supplier interaction.
• Ability to work on‑site in Lahore, manage multiple accounts and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Textile Engineering or related field; relevant industry experience preferred.
• Competence with standard office software and CRM tools, with strong organizational skills.
• Commitment to ethical, transparent, and inclusive business practices.
