Business Development Manager – EV Charging (Remote – Pakistan)

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our EV charging solutions across Pakistan. This full‑time remote position will focus on identifying new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue growth for our range of AC and DC chargers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for EV charging solutions throughout Pakistan.
• Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, EPC contractors, real‑estate developers, fuel stations, fleet operators, hotels, malls and other commercial clients.
• Handle PPRA tendering procedures, prepare bid documentation and ensure compliance.
• Conduct market research to track trends, competitor activity and customer needs.
• Prepare and present customized proposals, technical presentations and commercial offers.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and commercial agreements.
• Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, technical and operations teams.
• Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences and client meetings.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintain accurate pipeline reporting using CRM systems.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of experience in business development, sales or strategic partnerships, preferably at senior level.
• Strong background in electrical item trading and market dealings across Pakistan.
• Hands‑on experience with PPRA tendering, bid preparation and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage client relationships.
