Business Development Manager (Government Projects)

About the role

Dahua Technology Pakistan is looking for a Business Development Manager to manage and grow its project business toward government clients (TG). The role covers marketing and industry insight, winning and maintaining key customers, preparing project opportunities and running Proof of Concept activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide marketing and industry insight, and break through or convert key customers while maintaining them.
• Identify potential project opportunities and sign projects, taking them through to delivery completion.
• Work with key end users and system integrators on major directions.
• Register project opportunities, update progress and plans, and track risks and support needed.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, product and headquarters teams, as well as MENA and country managers.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, IT, Telecom or a related field (preferred).
• More than 5 years of experience in government relationships and large-scale project operations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; self-motivated and target-driven.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of MS Excel for sales reports, tracking and basic analysis.
