Business Development Manager – HR Consultancy

About the role

Fulcrum Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a results‑driven Business Development Manager to expand its HR consultancy division. You will be responsible for identifying new corporate clients, promoting a suite of HR solutions, and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the corporate sector.
• Generate leads, conduct client meetings, deliver presentations and proposals.
• Promote HR services such as recruitment, executive search, payroll and HR outsourcing, staffing and workforce solutions.
• Negotiate commercial terms, close deals and achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure quality service delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to spot growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines and business development reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of business development experience in HR consultancy, recruitment, staffing or outsourcing.
• Proven track record of acquiring corporate accounts and meeting sales targets.
• Strong understanding of recruitment and HR outsourcing solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
