Business Development Manager

About the role

PrimeXBT is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to expand its presence in local markets. You will act as the face of the company, building strategic partnerships that drive user acquisition and trading volume for our crypto and CFD platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate relationships with local Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, KOLs, traders and other potential partners.
• Maintain long‑term cooperation with partners and marketing channels to ensure sustained growth.
• Execute and monitor partner strategies, track performance metrics and optimise ROI.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity and local market developments, adjusting tactics accordingly.
• Communicate daily with internal teams and external partners to align objectives and track progress.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of business development experience in the crypto or CFD industry.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proven portfolio of partners or affiliates is a plus.
• Fluent English for written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Advanced spreadsheet handling and data analysis.
