Business Development Manager

About the role

Bionic Talent is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to expand its client base and accelerate growth. Working from a hybrid setup in Karachi, you will partner with CEOs, founders, and hiring managers worldwide to secure recruitment partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
• Build and nurture relationships with decision‑makers.
• Conduct discovery meetings and deliver sales presentations.
• Understand client hiring needs and propose tailored recruitment solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and close deals consistently.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful client delivery.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while representing Bionic Talent professionally.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Preferable background in recruitment, HR, SaaS or professional services sales.
• Excellent English communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong negotiation, closing and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce CRM platforms.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven and comfortable working hybrid in Karachi.

What we offer

• Base salary of PKR 150,000 per month.
• USD‑pegged uncapped commission on every closed sale.
