Business Development Manager – Night Shift (Lahore)

About the role

We are an established U.S. immigration law firm expanding into Pakistan and need a driven Business Development Manager to launch our Lahore office. The role also supports business development for our affiliated personal injury law firm in Texas. You will work night‑shift hours aligned with Central Standard Time, building market presence from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Establish the immigration firm’s market presence in Lahore through marketing, outreach, and lead generation.
• Develop and manage the full business‑development pipeline for both the immigration and personal‑injury practices.
• Create and execute tailored marketing strategies for the Pakistani immigration market and the Texas personal‑injury market.
• Build referral networks, partnerships, and other lead‑generation channels.
• Drive an aggressive, proactive growth approach across both practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing (legal services a plus).
• Strong grasp of pipeline management and lead‑generation strategies.
• Self‑starter with an aggressive, results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Willingness to work full‑time onsite night shift (Mon‑Sat, CST hours).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3‑4 years of relevant business‑development experience.
