Business Development Manager / Sales Marketing Executive

About the role

Acme Business Services (ABS) is hiring a commission-based, full-time, flexible hybrid Sales Executive / Business Developer Consultant in Islamabad. The role is remote with occasional on-site meetings and covers health, education, branding, marketing and product segments. The salary range is PKR 12,000 to 240,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Generate clients and pursue new business opportunities
• Build and maintain client relationships and promote ABS services
• Reach out by calls, emails and meetings, and deliver sales pitches and presentations
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing, reporting to the Company Head/CEO
• Coordinate with internal teams so service offerings match client needs
• Track market trends and provide regular sales reports and forecasts
• Meet and exceed sales targets

Required profile

• Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management and closing
• Client relationship and communication skills, such as negotiation and professional presentation
• Marketing and branding awareness, including digital channels and market positioning
• Analytical and organizational skills, including use of sales metrics and CRM tools
• Adaptability and collaboration in a startup environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Proficiency in English and Urdu is advantageous
