Business Development Manager - U.S. Wholesale

About the role

Primeful Distribution operates in the U.S. wholesale and e-commerce industry, focusing on brand acquisition, manufacturer relationships, authorized distribution and strategic partnerships. It is hiring an experienced, results-driven Business Development Manager to expand its U.S. supplier network and build long-term relationships with brands, manufacturers and authorized distributors. The position is full-time and on-site in DHA Multan.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach U.S.-based brands, manufacturers and wholesale distributors.
• Secure authorized reseller accounts and distribution partnerships.
• Negotiate wholesale pricing, MOQs, payment terms and commercial agreements.
• Manage supplier communications, follow-ups and account onboarding.
• Develop strategic partnerships and identify profitable wholesale opportunities.
• Maintain a structured pipeline and report progress directly to management.

Required profile

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in business development, U.S. wholesale sourcing or supplier acquisition.
• Strong English communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Understanding of Amazon wholesale/FBA, U.S. distribution and brand authorization processes.
• Experience communicating directly with U.S. brands and manufacturers.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and able to work independently.

• Proficiency in LinkedIn outreach and email communication.
• Use of CRM tools.
