Business Development Officer – Entry Level (Fresh Graduates)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Officer to join our team in Faisalabad. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates eager to gain hands‑on experience in the solar industry, focusing on field work, channel management, and market intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Visit LONGi dealer stores daily to collect store data, monitor performance, and gather market feedback.
• Track competitor activities such as pricing, product offerings, channel policies, and promotions.
• Support flagship store operations by monitoring PSI data, assisting with training, and helping implement sales SOPs.
• Collect and report price data (SO/ST) to ensure market alignment.
• Assist in co‑marketing activities and local events to strengthen LONGi’s brand presence.
• Maintain strong relationships with dealers and ensure brand visibility at the store level.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate with no specific major restriction; a learning attitude and ownership mindset are essential.
• Willingness to work in the field, including frequent store visits and outdoor travel within the assigned city.
