Business Development Officer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results‑oriented Business Development Officer to join our growing team. The role focuses on outbound outreach, lead generation and relationship building in the U.S. market.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out outbound outreach through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Identify, generate, and qualify leads in the U.S. market.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Handle negotiations and explore new business opportunities.
• Keep records and reports updated using MS Office tools.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Prior experience in outbound sales or business development.
• Familiarity with the U.S. market is preferred.
• Experience with procurement campaigns for U.S. federal clients is a strong advantage.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
