International Sales Specialist

About the role

The International Sales Specialist will drive new business opportunities in global markets from our Islamabad office. You will manage the full sales cycle, build long‑term relationships with international clients, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research, prepare proposals, quotations and negotiate contracts with overseas clients.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, provide high‑quality customer service, and monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports and ensure adherence to company policies and sales targets.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) or medical billing.
• Prior sales/SDR or telesales experience in B2B or healthcare services with a proven record of meeting outreach or appointment‑setting targets.
• Strong phone and written communication skills, resilience to high call volumes and objection handling.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot for pipeline tracking and reporting.
• Ability to conduct outbound outreach via cold calls, email and LinkedIn to U.S. healthcare decision‑makers.
