Business Development Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Operations Manager to lead and scale our business development function. This senior, remote role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution, using AI‑powered tools to drive growth and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with revenue targets.
• Identify new market opportunities, partnerships and revenue streams.
• Design, implement and continuously improve end‑to‑end business development workflows and SOPs.
• Oversee CRM management, pipeline hygiene, reporting and KPI monitoring.
• Evaluate, implement and champion AI‑driven tools for prospecting, lead qualification and predictive forecasting.
• Build and nurture strategic partnerships and lead high‑value client engagements.
• Manage and mentor a team of Business Development Representatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5‑7 years of progressive experience in business development, sales operations or a similar role.
• Proven track record of building pipelines and delivering measurable revenue growth.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate market insights into action.
