About the role
Healthrix US is seeking an experienced Business Development & Operations Specialist to drive growth in the US wholesale market while based in Lahore.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective B2B clients and generate qualified leads.
- Promote company products and services to wholesale customers and maintain strong client relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide professional support, and ensure timely follow‑ups.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, daily call reports, and coordinate with internal teams for customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree with 3‑5 years of B2B sales experience in the US market.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a neutral English accent.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
- Ability to consistently achieve lead generation and sales targets.
