Business Development Representative (Cold Outreach Specialist)

About the role

The company is looking for a Business Development Executive (Cold Outreach Specialist) to generate and qualify leads by identifying potential property owners and landlords through platforms such as Zillow. The person initiates outreach, sets up meetings with the CEO and manages follow-ups to raise conversion rates. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive and a strong communicator with experience in real estate, sales or lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers
• Build rapport quickly and keep conversations natural
• Qualify prospects and identify their needs
• Handle objections confidently
• Negotiate pricing, terms and service details when required
• Follow up with interested prospects
• Maintain accurate notes and lead status in the CRM

Required profile

• Previous B2B cold calling experience
• Strong spoken English
• Comfortable working across different industries and campaigns; experience calling US businesses preferred

Required skills

• Excellent rapport-building and communication skills
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
