About the role

Honest Taskers is seeking a motivated Business Development & Sales Specialist to work remotely from Pakistan. You will engage with international clients, generate qualified leads, and support the growth of our global customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, generate and qualify new business leads.
• Build and nurture relationships with potential clients via LinkedIn, email and other outreach channels.
• Schedule discovery calls, conduct meetings and present company services.
• Assist in client acquisition strategies and support ongoing growth initiatives.
• Maintain consistent communication, follow‑up, and reporting to leadership and recruitment teams.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, appointment setting or lead generation.
• Comfortable speaking with international clients and presenting services.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently.
• Stable internet connection and a professional remote work setup.
