About the role
We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to expand Zbit’s global partner ecosystem and drive user growth for our crypto exchange platform. The role is fully remote and focuses on building strategic collaborations with KOLs, trading communities, affiliates, agents and institutional partners.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage partnerships with KOLs, trading communities, affiliates, agents and institutional partners.
- Drive user acquisition, first‑time deposits, trading volume and long‑term retention through strategic collaborations.
- Negotiate and maintain high‑value partnerships that directly contribute to platform growth.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to launch trading competitions, AMAs, campaigns and community initiatives.
- Track and optimise key performance metrics such as registrations, FTDs, trading volume, retention, CAC and ROI.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor partnership strategies and influencer marketing opportunities.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience in crypto exchange business development, partnerships, growth, affiliate or community development.
- Strong understanding of spot, futures and derivatives trading products.
- Proven experience building and managing KOL, affiliate, agent or trading community networks.
- Data‑driven mindset with ability to analyse conversion and ROI performance.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, remote startup environment.
