Business Development Specialist – Digital Agency

About the role

We are seeking a self‑driven Business Development Specialist to join our Faisalabad office full‑time. Your primary mission is to generate new business for our UK‑registered digital agency by prospecting, engaging, and closing clients across freelance and B2B platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads on LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr and other freelancing/B2B platforms.
• Write compelling proposals, cold messages and pitch decks tailored to each prospect.
• Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to signed contract.
• Maintain and grow a CRM pipeline with regular reporting to management.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to scope and price projects accurately.
• Build long‑term client relationships to secure repeat business and referrals.
• Research target industries and identify new acquisition channels.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of business development, sales or client acquisition experience in a digital/IT agency.
• Proven track record of closing deals on Upwork, LinkedIn or similar platforms.
• Excellent written English with high conversion rates in proposals.
• Strong understanding of web design, development and digital marketing services.
• Hunter mentality – proactive and self‑motivated.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Notion or Slack is a plus.

What we offer

• Base salary PKR 40,000 – 60,000 per month (depending on experience).
• 3% commission on every closed deal.
• Quarterly performance bonuses with cash rewards.
• Full‑time, on‑site position in Faisalabad.
