Business Development Specialist (Fintech/Finance)

About the role
The Business Development Specialist will drive growth for a fintech/finance platform by building high‑quality user acquisition partnerships with leading local apps in Pakistan. You will own the end‑to‑end process from negotiation to campaign launch, ensuring optimal performance across multiple traffic channels.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, negotiate, and secure long‑term cooperation with top local apps, banks, and media partners.
- Develop and manage diversified traffic sources such as affiliate networks, loan aggregators, SMS marketing, and telemarketing.
- Handle all aspects of partnership agreements, including pricing, contract signing, and campaign execution.
- Monitor channel metrics (traffic volume, conversion rate, CPA, ROI) and continuously optimize acquisition performance.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging traffic opportunities within Pakistan’s fintech sector.
Required profile
- Pakistani national or resident with deep knowledge of the local internet and traffic ecosystem.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, traffic development, partnership management, or growth roles.
- Existing network of contacts with top local apps, banks, or media outlets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and execution abilities; self‑driven and result‑oriented.
- Native Urdu speaker, fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.
