Business Development Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Specialist to join our fast‑growing AI SaaS sales team. Working night shifts onsite, you will drive outbound sales, generate qualified leads, and expand our customer base among SMB home‑service businesses such as HVAC, roofing, and plumbing.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and outreach campaigns.
• Identify and engage decision‑makers within target SMBs.
• Generate, qualify, and nurture leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Deliver SaaS product demonstrations and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and update pipeline metrics.
• Build strong client relationships through consistent follow‑up.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
• Stay informed on AI and SaaS industry trends.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in SaaS, B2B, outbound sales or business development.
• Proven success in cold calling and lead generation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, objection handling, and closing abilities.
• Experience using CRM platforms and sales dialer tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated, confident, and target‑driven mindset.
