Business Development Specialist

About the role

Toqnix is seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our team on a night shift basis. The role focuses on generating and converting leads from freelance platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr into long‑term client relationships, supporting our growth‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities on Upwork and Fiverr.
• Craft compelling proposals and pitch documents to win projects.
• Convert qualified leads into recurring clients through effective follow‑up.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects and track conversion metrics.
• Collaborate directly with founders to align sales strategies with company goals.

Required profile

• Resident of Gujranwala (preferably DHA area).
• Strong communication and client‑handling abilities.
• Proven experience generating leads on Upwork and Fiverr.
• Demonstrated success in turning leads into long‑term contracts.
• Understanding of proposal writing and project hunting.
• Additional experience in outreach and cold‑outreach strategies is a plus.
