Business Development Specialist

About the role

Envi Tech AL, an advisory and service provider offering analytical lab testing and calibration services, is hiring a full-time, on-site Business Development Specialist in Karachi. The role focuses on generating new business and leads in target industries such as textile, leather, footwear, pharmaceutical and food, while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and generate leads within target industries.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends.
• Visit industries and factories regularly to promote company services and arrange client meetings, presentations and follow-ups.
• Present the company's analytical and calibration services and prepare quotations and proposals with relevant departments.
• Maintain existing client accounts and build long-term partnerships.
• Track and report business development activities and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in business development; B2B sales or business development experience in environmental services, laboratory testing or industrial calibration is beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Environmental Sciences or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Only candidates residing in Karachi will be considered.
• Comfortable with regular industrial visits, factory visits, client meetings and fieldwork.

Required skills

• Lead generation, market research and account management.

• Proficiency in basic business software, including CRM tools, spreadsheets and presentation software.
