About the role

Join Augment, a product design and development studio, as a Business Development Trainee to learn how AI is transforming businesses and help bring that story to new clients.

Key responsibilities

Learn AI tools and understand their business applications
Research companies and founders who could benefit from Augment's services
Use AI to generate leads and craft personalized outreach
Collaborate with the team to contact potential clients and schedule discovery calls
Participate in client conversations and observe how projects are won and shaped

Required profile

Energetic, curious and confident when meeting new people
Clear communicator in written and spoken English
Interest in tech, startups and AI (no prior experience required)
Organised, proactive and eager to learn quickly
