Business Development & Venue Onboarding Executive

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Business Development & Venue Onboarding Executive to grow GymKey and Wellnex Studio across Karachi. You will meet gym and studio owners, demonstrate our platforms, secure partnerships and guide new venues through the onboarding process.

Key responsibilities

• Visit potential partner gyms, yoga studios and fitness centers throughout Karachi.
• Conduct in‑person meetings and software demonstrations.
• Pitch Wellnex Studio and GymKey to business owners and decision‑makers.
• Follow up, negotiate agreements and close new customers.
• Assist with venue registration, setup, activation and initial training.
• Coordinate member data migration and software onboarding with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of sales visits, leads and conversions.
• Work toward monthly acquisition and onboarding targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Comfortable meeting business owners and pitching technology products in person.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Karachi with reliable personal transportation.
• Basic understanding of software and mobile applications.
• Field sales, business development or merchant acquisition experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.

What we offer

• Starting salary of PKR 40,000+ per month.
• Uncapped commissions: PKR 500 per GymKey venue and PKR 2,000‑5,000 per Wellnex Studio conversion.
