Business Director

About the role

WPP Media is looking for a Business Director to lead billing activities and support smooth operational processes. Reporting to the Senior Business Director, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to maximise digital media investments and strengthen senior client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all billing tasks and ensure compliance with internal processes.
• Build rapport with the immediate team and establish strong relationships with media vendors.
• Run and execute monthly meetings, driving performance insights and improvements.
• Identify and implement changes that impact buying performance for clients.
• Develop negotiation skills on behalf of clients and sell media plans or internal initiatives.
• Provide clear, concise written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
