Business Intelligence Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical Business Intelligence Analyst to support strategic decision‑making for a fast‑growing European company. You will transform complex data into actionable insights, develop scalable reporting solutions, and help drive commercial and operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards covering sales, finance, operations, inventory and customer metrics.
• Own the full reporting lifecycle: gather requirements, model data, deploy, test and continuously optimise reports.
• Manage report scheduling, refresh processes, access permissions and version control.
• Build and maintain scalable data solutions on Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouses, Dataflows, pipelines and warehouses.
• Create semantic models and datasets that enable self‑service analytics across teams.
• Support data‑governance, quality assurance and data‑consistency initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to improve integrations and reporting architecture.
• Analyse Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM data to provide insights on sales pipelines and customer engagement.
• Develop ERP reporting covering purchasing, pricing, inventory and operational performance.
• Unify CRM and ERP reporting into a single, accurate view for stakeholders.
