Business Intelligence (BI) Developer – Remote (Pakistan)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to design, develop and maintain BI solutions that turn raw data into actionable dashboards and reports for internal teams and client‑facing insights. The role is fully remote for candidates located in Pakistan and works on a schedule aligned with Eastern Time (4:30 am ET – 1:00 pm ET).

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy dashboards, scorecards and performance reports using Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar tools.
• Transform raw data from multiple sources into structured datasets for business use.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Develop and optimise SQL queries for data extraction, aggregation and reporting.
• Support ETL processes and data‑warehousing efforts using tools such as Alteryx, Informatica or dbt.
• Create documentation and provide training for end‑users.
• Maintain data integrity, perform QA and support ad‑hoc reporting requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a BI Developer, Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in an agency or healthcare/pharmaceutical environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
